In this presentation, Blaine will lead the participants through a buffet of valuable ideas and practices gleaned from his coaching and consulting work with some of the top producing CRE brokers in the country. These are fresh tools and innovative concepts; each idea is presented briefly with an explanation and a rationale. Blaine uses real world anecdotes and live audience polling to make the presentation interactive, focused and fun.
Presenter Details
H. Blaine Strickland holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in real estate from the University of Florida. Early in his career, he was a top salesperson and profit center manager for CBRE. Blaine then spent 20 years building his own brokerage and development companies, and raised several million dollars through syndication for his projects. Along the way, Blaine became a Senior CCIM Instructor and an adjunct professor in the real estate programs at UNC, UF, UCF, Rollins College and Nova Southeastern.
