Norm Khoury is one of the original (1986) industrial brokers in the Cincinati office of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT), working the rural second tier cities. Norm specializes in transactions along the I-71, I-75 & I-70 corridors. His strong knowledge of areas outside of central Cincinnati (Hamilton County) facilitated CTMT's expansion into the Dayton market. Norm became a Vice President in 1995 and a shareholder in 2000. Prior to joining CTMT, Norm was responsible for over $10,000,000 in annual sales in the Los Angeles market, as a sales executive for a Fortune 500 financial services company.
Norm has completed more than 300 transactions totaling more than 22 million square feet, valued at more than $290,000,000 million. Most of these transactions have involved warehouse and manufacturing facilities of more than 100,000 SF. In addition, Norm networks with national brokers and developers as a member of SIOR and CCIM.
