Designated Broker / Principal opening Phoenix West Commercial September 2012 after being with Don Bennett & Associates, Inc. since 2006. Bobbie is specializing in Investment Properties, Owner User Sales, Land and Leasing of Office in the West Valley of Phoenix and throughout the State of Arizona.
Bobbie has acquired the internationally recognized The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (S.I.O.R.) and Certified Commercial Investment Members Designation (C.C.I.M.) as well as one of the few to complete the invitation only J.W. Levine Leadership Academy of CCIM Institute. She attended The Commercial Real Estate Institute and completed the Certified Commercial Sales Specialist designation courses as well as the Certified Land Sales Specialist. Most recently Bobbie fulfilled the obligations to obtain the prestigious Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (S.I.O.R.) Designation. Bobbie has over 30 years of marketing and business management experience as well as over 20 years of real estate experience.
Bobbie’s area of specialty is geographically based in the West Valley and is known as the “Go To Broker” for the West Valley.
She was the 2013 & 2016 President of Central Arizona C.C.I.M. Chapter, Treasurer, served as Vice President & board member of the C.C.I.M Central Arizona Chapter since 2007, was the 2014 CCIM First Regional Vice President, 2015 CCIM Regional Vice President, Co-Founder of the West Valley Commercial Real Estate Group 2007 & still going strong, Phoenix Children’s Hospital West Valley Neighborhood Board Member, Member of Litchfield Park Rotary – Membership Chair & 2014/15 Vice President, IMS Health Foundation Board & past Secretary, West Valley National Bank Business Advisory Board, former member of the Southwest Chamber, and serves St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Community Church as Extraordinary Minister and usher.
PWC is a family owned and operated brokerage. Her two sons, ELi and Giuseppe, along with her husband Joey are all active in the business. ELi specializes in Corporate Leasing, a CCIM Designee and Incoming President Elect for Central Arizona CCIM Chapter. Giuseppe is in the process of achieving his real estate license and currently facilitates the Brokerages' marketing.
Bobbie owned and operated a recognized Day Spa for 10 years in Pittsburgh, PA, Go Steelers! She and her husband moved to Arizona in 1998, residing in Oro Valley and moved to Phoenix in 2004. Hobbies are spending time with her sons & husband, running, hiking, golf, anything athletically challenging, and reading.
