Landlord Representation: TIAA-CREF - 2,000,000 SF Portfolio - Kent Valley
Industrial Dispositions - Former PACCAR Peterbilt Truck Plant - 500,000 SF, Former PACCAR Kenworth Truck Plan - 338,000 SF and The Boeing Company 155 acres.
