2018:

Ed Godin Jr., SIOR & Bryan Atherton, SIOR brokered 195 Christian Street, Oxford, CT in a sale-leaseback transaction.  70,000 sf industrial building on 5.6 acres closed at $4,000,000.

2017:

Dave Fugitt, SIOR brokered 18-26 Imperial Avenue in downtown Westport, a fully leased five-building medical complex with a total of 7,428 rentable square feet for $2,650,000.00

Michael Guidicelli, SIOR CCIM  leased 10,000 SF of office space to the State of Connecticut at 484 Main Street in Middletown, and then sold the 27,000 SF office building for $2,015,000.  

Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR sold 480 Bunnell Street in Bridgeport, a 23,000 SF manufacturing building for $1,600,000

Joe Wrinn, SIOR leased a 73,600 SF warehouse facility at 87 Pickett District Rd in New Milford. Joe also sold a 25,560 SF building at 23 Commerce Road in Newtown for $1,025,000.

Todd Payne, SIOR handled three office leases at 39 Old Ridgebury Road in Danbury; 7,604 SF, 26,000 SF and 3,869 SF.

Kristin Geenty, SIOR and Kevin Geenty, SIOR completed a 10,000 SF industrial lease in Deep River and a 7,500 SF lease to the North Haven Police Department.

Griffin Industrial Realty broke ground on a 137,000 SF flex industrial facility at 330 Stone Road in Windsor, and Tim Lescalleet handled the preleasing of 73,500 SF to a national logistics firm.  Also on behalf of Griffin Industrial, Tim handled the sale of 67 acres in Bloomfield for $150,000 per acre for the development of a 750,000 SF distribution center by an undisclosed company. 

Larry Levere, SIOR brokered a Dialysis Clinic, Inc. lease of 11,846 SF at 270 Farmington Avenue in Farmington.  He also brokered sales of 21 Talcott Notch Road, Farmington for $1.1 M and 641 Farmington Avenue, Hartford for $745,000.

Ed Godin, SIOR sold 60 acres of industrial land in Oxford, CT for $925,000.  Ed also handled the sale of 130,000 SF, Torrington for $425,000, and 300,000 SF at 64 Washington Street, Waterbury for $650,000.

Art Ross, SIOR represented a tenant who signed a long term lease at 100 Helmsford Way, a modern 170,000 SF distribution building.  

Art Ross, SIOR represented the Landlord in leasing 1045 Sheridan Street, Chicopee, MA, a 62,000 SF food distribution facility in a long term lease. John Reed, SIOR represented the previous occupant in the lease termination agreement necessary to consummate the transaction.

Mark Duclos, SIOR represented the tenant in the lease of 89,200 SF at 555 Rainbow Road in Windsor, which involved a significant tenant improvement build-out.  Mark, along with Art Ross, SIOR also represented New Boston Fund in the sale of 47 Leggett Street in East Hartford for $1,610,000.

Alan Fischer, SIOR CCIM represented both buyer and seller in the sale of 1501 Kings Highway, Fairfield.  This 3,800 sf building sold for $750,000 and will be completed renovated before being made available for lease.

Alan Fischer, SIOR CCIM represented both buyer and seller in the sale of 206A Boston Post Road, Orange.  This 5.4 acre parcel was improved with 8,596 sf structures sold for $1,500,000

 February 01, 2016: Frank Hird, SIOR brokers 300,000 sf medical building for $72,000,000

Frank Hird, SIOR and J Richard Lee of O,R&L Commercial announced the sale of One Long Wharf Drive in New Haven, a 300,000 square foot multi-story medical / office building to Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (HTA) of Scottsdale Arizona for $72,000,000.  David Noonan and Jennifer Schwartman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the buyer.

Kevin Geenty, SIOR represented the Landlord Mill Meadow Development, LLC and Tenant - E. W. Hannas, Inc in the lease of this modern flex building.  Hannas makes and distributes over 5,000 wood products for the consumer market.

Jeff Ryer, SIOR, CCIM from Ryer Associates, Joe Wrinn, SIOR from Goodfellow Real Estate, both Connecticut - based and Chris Nagorski, SIOR from Skyline Property Group in Michigan cooperated to place Training Direct into 3,500 square feet of retail space in central Danbury, CT.  Training Direct provides superior training services to professionals entering the medical field.

Ed Godin, SIOR of Godin Property Brokers recently sold 24 acres of industrial land in Oxford, CT to STIHL, Inc. for $1,710,000.  STIHL will construct a 120,000 square foot distribution facility on the site.  Godin represented the seller, and Kevin Foley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer

Ed Godin, SIOR of Godin Property Brokers represented both Landlord & Tenant in leasing 117,000 sf warehouse space at 1100 Buckingham St., Watertown.  The lease represents about 1/3 of the 325,000 sf facility located in the Watertown Industrial Park.   

Mark Duclos, SIOR of Sentry Commercial and fellow SIOR Robert Steinhart, SIOR of Colliers International brokered the lease renewal of American Furniture Rental's Facility at 299 Dividend Road, Rocky Hill, CT.
