Christine is the West Leader of the Global Location and Expansion Services (GLES) Practice and a Principal in the State and Local Tax Practice of KPMG LLP, based in Columbus, Ohio. Christine has over 20 years of experience at both the state and local level in economic development, including site selection / location analysis, business incentives and credits. 
 
Mark Beattie
Hickey & Associates
 
Mr. Beattie is a Principal with Hickey & Associates, LLC, a global site selection and public incentives firm based in Minneapolis, MN.  He currently oversees several key strategic accounts for the firm, including a strategic alliance with the highly-­-esteemed SIOR organization
