His particular skills lie in the development of strategic workplace solutions for large organisations, providing a leading role in the delivery of new ways of working / Hybrid solutions. This includes complex activities such as portfolio rationalisation, organisation relocations, in-situ refurbishments, strategic planning and business change programmes.
He has extensive experience of delivering services across both public and private sectors supporting government departments, local authorities and arm’s length organisations in addition to working within Professional Service, Defense, Pharma, Financial and other sectors.
