Seth Davenport has risen to the top tier of commercial real estate professionals in Southern California. Since graduating from USC and joining Voit back in 2003, his strong work ethic, competitive spirit and talent for building strong relationships have driven him to excel within the brokerage community. He earned the title of Senior Vice President, and then Executive Vice President, the firm’s highest designation, both in record time and has assumed a leadership role as a member of Voit Real Estate Services Board of Directors and as a mentor to other Voit professionals.
Never satisfied with the status quo and an innovator by nature, Seth created a comprehensive commercial property marketing platform that has set a new standard for the industry. Whether the client is a local business owner looking to lease, purchase or sell or an institutional investor who wants to acquire or dispose of a large portfolio, Seth delivers the same high level of service, which is based on superior market knowledge and a desire to outperform his clients’ expectations.
Outside of work, Seth recognizes the value in giving back. He and his wife Kim are actively involved in the Board of Directors for Willow International, an organization dedicated to combatting sex trafficking in Uganda. Seth is also on the Board of Directors of Gen Next, which focuses on positive generational change through National Security, Educational Reform and Economic Growth. He also completed a 50-mile ultramarathon, which raised over $70,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project. His hobbies include reading, golf, horseback riding, camping and health and fitness. Seth and Kim reside in Newport Beach with their daughters Charlotte (6) and Claire (3).
