Jeff Heaton, CCIM, SIOR, serves as senior vice president of industrial properties with Newmark Grubb ACRES, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of Industrial Properties across the Wasatch front.
Over the last 10 years, Mr. Heaton has completed just under 650 transactions totaling over $375 million dollars. His focus as a transaction-oriented broker has given him a superior understanding extensive understanding of not only deal flow but of market data. By effectively communicating this information to his clients, he enables them to make the best decisions for their businesses.
As both a tenant and landlord representative, Mr. Heaton understands the process and many players and moving parts of a transaction. He is also aware that businesses need to make quick decisions in order become market leaders. His goal is to provide his clients with concise and correct information and to consult them to act accordingly.
With a focus on owner/user decision making, Mr. Heaton has added tremendous value to his clients from land acquisitions, financial analysis, strategic value implementation and competitive construction bidding, saving clients time and money.
Mr. Heaton joined Newmark Grubb ACRES in 2000 as a market researcher and cold caller and was responsible for project initiation for the firm’s top producing team.
