• Represented Kenall Mfr. in the development of a 350k SF mfr. facility in Kenosha, WI

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Tom is currently the President of the Chicago Chapter of the SIOR. Since 1992, Tom has managed a variety of real estate projects, originally developing low income housing in Rogers Park section of Chicago. He moved into commercial real estate and gained experience working for nationally-ranked developers The Alter Group and HSA Commercial Real Estate. Tom works primarily on projects that involve new construction and land development. Tom has completed transactions in all of Chicago’s 23 sub-markets.
