Ann-Fleming brings 19+ years of occupier services experience to the Davis Moore Healthcare practice group. She began her commercial real estate career with Cresa Partners, The Stephens Company where soon after, several of the current Davis Moore team came together to become the original JLL office in Charlotte. After 4 years with JLL, Ann-Fleming joined Lincoln Harris’s Corporate Services Group on the Bank of America account. While dedicated to this account for 6 years, she negotiated office lease acquisitions and renewals totaling about 1.9 million square feet in transactions for Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America Home Loans locations in North and South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia. Just before rejoining her old Davis Moore colleagues, Ann-Fleming was Trinity Partners’ Director of Tenant Representation and represented a wide range of office users in the Carolinas for 5+ years, spanning 500K+ square feet of transactions. The daughter of a retired orthopedic surgeon who started his own private practice in her hometown (Winston-Salem), Ann-Fleming is excited about focusing her owner/user advisory skills towards the hospital systems and private physician practice groups that Davis Moore Healthcare serves in the MidAtlantic.
She is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina, and is also an active member of Society of Industrial and office Realtors © (SIOR), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She holds her B.A. from the University of Georgia's Grady School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
