Scott Borgia joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly CPS, Cassidy Turley and DTZ…) in 1992 and serves as a Managing Director, specializing in sales and leasing of industrial property in the Greater Silicon Valley and Reno area. Scott brings more than 35 years of Silicon Valley and 10 years of Reno commercial real estate brokerage experience to the Cushman & Wakefield team. He has completed over 1,300 transactions encompassing all disciplines of commercial real estate. Prior to joining CPS, he was an agent for Norris, Beggs and Simpson in San Jose from 1985 until 1992.
Scott has been a consistent top performer for his clients and has been recognized by the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers as either Industrial Broker of The Year or Finalist for Industrial Broker of the year 7 times.
