Bio

Lance Ross is President of Ross Property Advisors. Ross Property Advisors provides real estate solutions for the occupiers of commercial real estate, including the evaluation of their facility requirements, locating optimal space and negotiating their acquisitions or leases. “We do not represent property owners”!

Lance is involved in the acquisition, leasing, financing, management and development of commercial properties. Some developments include the Pima Corporate Center located at the 101 and Via de Ventura in Scottsdale, the Villages residential community in Queen Creek, the Los Colinas Golf Course in Queen Creek, and a variety of industrial and office properties throughout the valley.

Mr. Ross attended the U.S. Air Force academy in Colorado Springs, has an undergraduate and graduate degree (MBA) from Arizona State University, and is a former facility Associate teaching Real Estate Principals in the W.P. Carey School of Business. Lance has been active in the commercial real estate market for the past 40 years.

He is a past president of the Arizona Commercial Brokers Association (ACBA), a past president and current member of the Southwest Chapter of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR), a past president of the Lambda Alpha Land Economic real estate fraternal organization, a board member and Chairman of the AzTap Committee for the Arizona Chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He was also a board member for the Core Network, a national real estate association.

Lance has represented a number of companies with their real estate requirements, including The Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Montgomery Ward, U-Haul, Freeport Logistics, R.R. Donnelly & Sons, Banner Health Care, The Arizona Automobile Dealers Association, General Parts and many of the local automobile dealers.

His firm publishes a quarterly newsletter, which is distributed to supply chain users throughout the Phoenix Metro marketplace.
