Steve Bowie is a principal with Cor Mundi Investments, LLC. He has thirty-five years of experience in the commercial real estate business. Through its subsidiary CMI Real Estate Advisors, Cor Mundi is focused on commercial real estate investment, development, advisory services and brokerage in both the U.S. and Europe.
Prior to forming Cor Mundi Investments in 2007, Bowie was Senior Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield/Commercial Advisors, LLC (www.commadv.com) in Memphis. As a partner with the exclusively client-driven firm, Bowie’s work focused primarily on major office and industrial leases, land transactions, and healthcare build-to-suit. Prominent clients included ServiceMaster, Gategourmet, Brother International, Smith & Nephew, Kemmons Wilson Companies, ITT, Accredo Health, Buckeye Cellulose, Baptist Memorial Healthcare, Methodist/LeBonheur Healthcare, The Regional Medical Center (MED), The Campbell Clinic, Semmes Murphey Neurologic Institute, Boston Baskin/UT Cancer Institute, Mid-South OB/GYN Group, and Wyatt Tarrant & Combs.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commercial Advisors in 1998, Bowie was Vice President of Boyle Investment Company (www.boyle.com) in Memphis for fourteen years. While with Boyle, he was responsible for the development, leasing, management, and sales of major retail properties and commercial land transactions exceeding $300 million.
