I was born in Iowa City, Iowa, so I know its territory well and have a stake in its success. I began my real-estate career in Tucson, Arizona in 1977, and before returning to Iowa City I made my way through several major markets including El Paso, Phoenix, and Sacramento. My work has ranged from $40,000 to $122 million transactions, and each one has received my full dedication.
I am always seeking the next level of excellence, and I have achieved significant milestones. My designation as both a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) is only held by a few commercial brokers in the nation. However, I do not rest on my laurels. I constantly seek improvement, and you can count on me to deliver!
