Patrick Lucero, Jr., CCIM, SIOR began his business career working for Price WaterhouseCoopers on the Management Consulting team for small business, and then moved on to work as a Business Analysis for Dun & Bradstreet in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 2011, Patrick became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In 2012, Patrick became a Member of APICS, the leading professional association for supply chain and operations management, providing expertise in logistics and Lean Principles. In 2018, Patrick became a member of SIOR.
Over the last 30 years, Patrick has developed extensive experience in the commercial real estate market developing innovated solutions for companies that are looking to better their productivity with a higher utilization of workspace and transforming the way people do business by developing a process that adds value, integrated solutions and logistic strategies to evaluate and assist companies to drive efficiencies and optimal performance through early project development.
