Jerry Fennelly, President and Founder of NAI Fennelly, a Global Commercial Real Estate Services Corporation, is a prominent leader in Mercer County and a tireless philanthropist -- giving both of his time and expertise.
While others may give of their time and money, Jerry and his family do more. Jerry actually creates new venues for raising awareness and money for those charities he supports, runs the program for the first few years, and then turns over the stewardship to the organization. This helps the organization become self-sufficient but also puts the tools in place to perpetuate income over time from those events Jerry created.
Jerry is equally as passionate about NAI Fennelly. The company founded in 1986, was established with two goals in mind -- to be the leading corporate real estate expert in New Jersey and to offer quality, multi-disciplined corporate real estate services to companies locally, nationally and globally.
Currently, Mr. Fennelly serves on the Economic Development Board of the NJ State League of Municipalities and is a Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce Board Member

Jerry lives in Hopewell, NJ, with his wife Nancy and their two children, Matthew and Ashley.
