I have been in the real estate business for thirty years, and concentrated my efforts on working with corporate clients and institutional owners in the Northern Suburbs of Boston. During my tenure in the real estate business, I have represented numerous corporate clients in New England and throughout the world in the acquisition and leasing of office, manufacturing, R&D and laboratory facilities.

- Andover Companies and Eastport - the repositioning and re-leasing an office building to a lab capable building in Woburn, MA
- Hasbro, Inc. - the lease of 320,000 SF of distribution space and 25,000 SF of Office Space in Mexico City, Mexico
- PSI, Inc. - the lease of 30,000 SF of Lab & R&D space for a new business at 200 Research Drive, Wilmington, MA
- PSI, Inc. - the lease of 32,000 SF of office space for its new Instant Eye defense business at 6 Riverside Drive in Andover, MA.
- Eliassen Group - the lease of 25,000 SF of office space for its new HQ at 55 Walkers Brook Drive in Reading, MA.
- Cambridge Systematics - the lease of 27,000 SF of office space for its new HQ at 101 Station Landing in Medford, MA.
- Hasbro, Inc.- the lease of 80,000 SF of office space at Media Studios North in Burbank, CA.
- MKS Instruments - the renewal and expansion of 42,000 SF at 2 Tech Drive in Andover, MA .
- RDK Engineering - The lease renewal of 30,000 SF at Brickstone Square in Andover, MA.
- The Gutierrez Company - the lease of 280,000 SF in Burlington, MA to EMD Millipore. This deal was awarded the Suburban Office Deal of the Year in 2015 by the Commercial Brokers Association.
- Cabot Corporation - the lease of 55,000 SF of HQ space in the Seaport in Boston, MA.
