Carl has 35 years of experience including 10 years with a national design/build firm with nationwide responsibility, 5 years of consulting and 20 years in brokerage, he has the knowledge, skill and experience to assist his clients in the most complex transactions.
Carl holds the prestigious SIOR designation from the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors as both an office and industrial specialist. He is knowledgeable of office, industrial and retail properties, but focuses on investment and 1031 Tax Exchanges. From 2003-2011, Carl has completed 243 closed transactions totaling 3,175,000 square feet, valued at over $193,000,000.
