PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Since Greg began his real estate career in 1998 with Dermody Properties, he has been responsible for leasing millions of square feet of warehousing, distribution and manufacturing facilities in the Reno/Sparks area. In addition to managing every aspect of the local leasing process, he has been involved with build-to-suits, as well as building and land sales and purchases nationwide that have expanded his focus to many points across the country. In 2007 as a result of the sale of DP Partners portfolio to ProLogis, Greg was named Partner to DP Partners/Dermody Properties where he was responsible for all aspects of development, leasing, sales and acquisitions for Northern Nevada.
Prior to joining DP Partners, Greg led the sales and customer services departments at RR Donnelley & Sons for over 10 years. During his tenure with this firm, one of the industry leaders, he was recognized as “Salesman of the Year” due to his tremendous success with initial sales, and also received several Merit and President’s Awards for his outstanding accomplishments and extraordinary team leadership.
Since moving to brokerage in 2009, Greg used his experience and strong work ethic to enjoy a successful and rewarding career in real estate.
