Bio – Brian graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.S. (1998) and M.S. (2001) in Civil and Construction Engineering. Brian has over 20 years of commercial brokerage experience in both Landlord and Tenant Representation, specializing in industrial properties and infill development sites. With a strong technical background, he is detail oriented and excels in financial analysis, contract negotiation, and database development. He is married with three children and when he is not enjoying time with his family, he is passionate about running, football, and baseball.
