Rafael is a committed corporate industrial/logistics services specialist focused in representing Global Corporations as well as institutional Real Estate companies for over 25 years. His experience in representing corporations in multiple markets throughout Mexico, that has allowed him to develop a high-level corporate real estate strategy for his clients.
He has an intimate knowledge of Mexico’s industrial regions, business parks, developers, the corporate site selection process, real estate markets, and economic incentives provided by federal, state, and local governments across Mexico.
He is very active in the Mexican & international real estate communities as a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors, (SIOR), (President of the Mexico Chapter in 2016). He is a frequent speaker at international and domestic forums related to industrial development in Mexico, the Maquiladora, (Index), Industry, the Automotive, Aerospace & Logistics sectors in Mexico, and real estate investment opportunities at the most dynamic regions in the country.
