Geoff Kreusser has had 27 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in industrial sales and leasing. During this time, Mr. Kreusser has completed over 1,000 transactions covering over 30 million SF with a value in excess of $1 billion dollars. Mr. Kreusser has been a Shareholder and Director of Colliers International - Denver since 1994.
Geoff commends extensive experience on both the tenant and landlord sides in the industrial arena and offers strong services in a variety of areas including landlord and tenant representation, acquisition and disposition, build-to-suits and investment sales. He is an accomplished and conscientious dealmaker.
Industry and Community Involvement:
Kreusser has been a member of SIOR for more than 17 years, and has been actively involved in SIOR and its programs and services. He became SIOR President in 2011, and has traveled the world representing the organization and the industry.
Geoff has also been involved in a number of community efforts including the Race of Champions on behalf of Children’s Hospital, Cystic Fibrosis Millennium Ball Co-Chair, Special Olympics, Brokers Benefitting Kids and Red Cross Advisory Council.
