Doug Butcher joined CBRE in 2001, focusing his efforts on Industrial Services. Doug spends his time developing new accounts in the arenas of landlord/seller representation and investment opportunities in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Since joining CBRE, Doug has represented landlords (such as Prologis, KTR, DCT) and clients (such as Cardinal Health, MasterBrand Cabinets, Kroger, UPS, GE) in leasing local facilities, as well as investors/sellers (such as Kansas City Life, KTR, Hollingsworth Properties, A.O. Smith, GE Capital, LaSalle Investment Management) on investment and building sales. A member of both Leadership Kentucky and Leadership Louisville Foundations, Doug is on the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals-Louisville Board of Directors. Doug has been on the ALS Association National Board of Trustees since 2010; the KY ALS Association Board of Directors since 2007; was the 2010 Louisville Walk to Defeat ALS Chair; and the 2008 Louisville Walk to Defeat ALS Corporate Co-Chair. He was a member of the March of Dimes-Ohio Valley Div. Board of Directors and Commercial Real Estate Achievements Committee from 2005-10; the KY Association for Economic Development from 2004-10; and the Citizens Advisory Committee of the Louisville Day Treatment (a program for troubled youth).
