Jim is the industrial team lead, and a Senior Vice President with the firm. He specializes in Tenant and Landlord representation for sale and leasing of industrial properties accross Alberta. Over the last three years Jim has leased or sold properties with a value of over $65,000,000. Jim is consistantly a top producer in the market.
Jim also serves as the President for the Western Canadian chapter of SIOR, as well is a director for the YP's of SIOR.
In addition to commercial real estate, Jim also enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children, camping, jogging and cycling.
