Nathan Anderson has 27 years of local market experience, and is consistently recognized as one of the top commercial brokers in the Kansas City region. He specializes in industrial properties, including logistics and manufacturing facilities throughout the Midwest.
Nathan has been awarded the SIOR designation (www.sior.com), currently serving as the President of the Western MO/KS Chapter. Nathan has also earned his CCIM designation (www.ccim.com), becoming one of a select few to have obtained both designations in the KC area. He is a Past President of the local CCIM Chapter, having served on their Board of Directors and helping grow the Chapter to one of the largest in the country.
Nathan has a Bachelor’s of Science in Sales & Marketing from the School of Journalism at the University of Kansas, where he graduated with honors. He is affiliated with the following professional organizations:

Nathan serves at Mission Adelante (www.missionadelante.org), an urban ministry to Latino immigrants in Kansas City, KS. He is also active in helping City Union Mission (www.cumission.org), an inner-city ministry to the poor and homeless in Kansas City. Nathan served on their Board of Directors for 5 years, and now assists the Mission with their facilities needs. He is a frequent traveler to Canaan Christian Community (www.canaanchristiancommunity.com), an orphanage and school located in the hills of Montrouis, Haiti.
