Steve has over 25 years of real estate, banking and finance experience; this knowledge is a powerful contributor to his well-established career. Steve specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties and is also uniquely involved in subdivision application and entitlement processes. His extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate allows him to effectively communicate with his client which ultimately guides them to make the best decision for their business.

Steve is a founding partner of Newmark Grubb ACRES and has been a concrete part of its growth from conception. Newmark Grubb ACRES is now titled Utah's Largest Commercial Real Estate Firm and Steve remains active in the company's strategic planning council. Over the past 20 years he has been consistently recognized as one of the firm’s Top Producers, with awards including Latest Transaction, Most Transactions, and Number One Transaction Producer.

Steve has a passion for the Commercial Real Estate Industry and continues to practice as an industrial street broker assisting both tenants and landlords with their real estate assignments. His day-to-day business consists of focusing on the representation of Distribution Landlords and Tenants, as well as specializing in the sale or leasing of trucking facilities and properties with yard space for Equipment Services and Construction-Rated industries.

During the course of Steve’s career he has been involved in numerous REO assignments for various banks and private lenders throughout the country.

Recent Successful Transactions Include:
• 2015 Tenant Representation: Haemonetics Corporation. 150,000 square feet, 12-year lease
• 2015 Tenant Representation: Exel. 227,000 square feet, 10-year lease
• Disposition of Utah Industrial Depot: Tooele, Utah
- A 2 million square foot, 600 acre industrial park
• Disposition of Two Buildings in Westport Distribution Center: SLC, Utah
- Totaling 757,000 square feet
• Disposition of a 534,000 square foot distribution center in Cedar City, Utah
• Disposition of a 222,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Logan, Utah


Heightening Steve’s comprehensive career he has also been involved in the entitlement, development and/or disposition of over 500 residential building lots throughout the State of Utah.
