Keith Bilski is the founder and President/CEO of Finial Group and oversees the firm’s service business, investment and development activities, investor relations, and strategic growth of the entire Finial organization and all Finial entities. Mr. Bilski has 20 years of experience in the brokerage, development, and investment of real estate with expertise in site acquisitions, capital structuring, and project management. He has built Finial Group from the ground up into a nationwide investment firm with over $1 billion in assets across multiple markets in the Southcentral and Southeastern United States.

-Development of Louetta Business Park- a 13-acre business park with nine freestanding buildings
-Development of Bear Creek Industrial Park- a 10-acre business park with two freestanding buildings
-Development of World Houston Business Park- an 11-acre business park in a joint venture with Panattoni Development Company
-Development of Bell Heights- a mid-rise residential and lot development deal
-Purchase/leaseback of the 72,726 SF ErgoGenesis world headquarters in partnership with a large investment firm, and acquisition of a 1.2 million square foot portfolio of single tenant NNN leased industrial buildings for a Finial Investment fund

Additionally, over the last 20 years, Mr. Bilski has been significantly involved in over 1,000 industrial, land, office, and retail transactions with an aggregate deal size of over $1 billion. With the support of the Finial Group team, he nationally represents many large investment firms and corporate clients with their real estate acquisitions and dispositions across the United States.

Prior to forming Finial Group, Mr. Bilski served as Vice President of Caldwell Companies where he completed the following investment and development projects: Round Up Business Park- a 228,400 SF industrial development in Northwest Houston comprised of institutional quality front and rear load buildings built in partnership with Sun Life Financial, Greens Crossing IV- a 68,000 SF industrial development comprised of an institutional quality rear-load building in North Houston done in partnership with Sun Life Financial, Remington Square- a 383,000 SF class A office and retail mixed-use project in Northwest Houston built in partnership with Sun Life Financial, and Spring Cypress Village- a 97,000 SF Class A retail redevelopment renovation done in partnership with Sun Life Financial.

In 2017 Mr. Bilski was selected by Houston Business Journal as an honoree of their 40 Under 40 award. Mr. Bilski has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He currently serves on the board of directors of the SIOR Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter as the current Chapter President and is active with Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Bilski regularly serves as a guest speaker both at Texas A&M University and the University of Texas at Austin in both MBA and undergraduate programs on topics including real estate and entrepreneurship.
