Bio

Andrew specializes in office brokerage for Lee & Associates’ top-producing team nationally, the Coppola Cheney Group. Each year, Andrew’s team closes over 125 transactions, and serving greater Phoenix as market expert. He is also one of 8 members of Lee & Associates’ corporate solutions team, an exclusive national tenant representation group.

Andrew currently holds the CCIM, SIOR and CRE designations. He is one of 33 people worldwide to hold all three designations.

In addition to industry accolades, Andrew has donated countless hours to several industry and community organizations. In 2018 he served as the NAIOP Arizona Chairman of the Board, after previously serving on the Executive Committee. He is a member of the Phoenix Children’s Hospital 50 and part of the Phoenix Men’s Art Council. He is as an Alumni Association Member of the FBI Citizens Academy and was also honored by the ‘40 under 40’ award for Phoenix Business Journals top professionals.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Irvine with a minor in Business Management.

A second-generation Arizonan, Andrew his wife, Carolyn, and their three children live in Arcadia. When not wrangling children, he continues to play tennis, travel and hike in his free time.
