Jonathan grew up in Hampton Roads, has a deep appreciation for the area and has successfully "developed from concept" and renovated numerous commercial properties in the Hampton Roads area. Prior to starting Jonathan Commercial Properties, Jonathan was the Managing Director for Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors, Virginia Beach, where he was ranked 46th in the country out of over 950 advisors.
Jonathan is dedicated to the real estate industry and is an active member of the Society of Office and Industrial REALTORS (SIOR) where he has been a State Chapter treasurer for over ten years.
