Experience
• On behalf of Canada Post, have negotiated leases and renewals totalling over 350,000 SF;
• On behalf of Owens Corning, successfully negotiated the lease renewal of their 220,000 SF manufacturing facility in Mission, BC;
• On behalf of General Motors, successfully negotiated the lease renewal of their 160,000 SF distribution facility in Abbotsford, BC;
• Consulted with Shell to develop their real estate strategy for the LNG Canada terminal, the largest energy investment in Canadian history;
• On behalf of Iron Mountain, negotiated multiple leases, lease renewal, sublease and surrender agreements totalling over 400,000 SF throughout Metro Vancouver;
• Successfully marketed and sold 15 Ex-Shell brownfield sites throughout BC;
• On behalf of Toyota, successfully negotiated the disposition of a 267,000 SF manufacturing building in Delta, BC;
• Disposed of six sites totalling $21,000,000 in the strategic wind-down of Greyhound operations in BC.
