Eric specializes in the sale, lease and development of industrial and office properties. He is an industry expert in landlord and tenant representation as it relates to investments, acquisitions, build-to-suits and land disposition. Eric’s primary submarkets are in the Northwest Valley and Deer Valley areas along the I-17, Loop 101, Loop 303 and West I-10 corridors.
Eric is a graduate of Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business economics. Currently, Eric is a member of SIOR, National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Eric is also affiliated with Phoenix Children's Hospital, Brokers for Kids, Ryan's House and United Way.
