His specific areas of expertise include the sale and leasing of industrial/commercial property, land sales and development, tenant representation and consulting services. Joe is also experienced in the procurement of tax abatement as well as other incentive programs available through local, county, state and the federal government. Additionally, regional, national and international strategic alliances provide Joe the unique capability of servicing his clients on a global basis. Joe is the “single point of contact” and is responsible for the day-to-day operations involving the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. He also is Chair of the Innovation Committee for the Alliance firms throughout North America.
