Charles L. Dickinson joined Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate in 2000 and is a Senior Vice President and serves as the Director of Industrial Brokerage, where he is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that are designed to best provide the firm’s clients with the most economical, operationally effective and risk free solutions for their business and investment goals.
Charles provides his clients with sales, leasing, buyer/tenant representation, and consulting services for distribution, office/warehouse, manufacturing, and flex improved properties, as well as vacant land acquisitions and dispositions.
Charles is an industrial market analyst for Old Dominion University’s Real Estate Center, which publishes his research in the annual Hampton Roads Industrial Market Survey.
