After years of playing baseball, both collegiate and professional, Raynor Campbell knows that hard work and determination can create many flourishing opportunities. Using the same work ethic and skill that he learned in his baseball career, he has successfully represented many clients locally, throughout the state of Texas and Nationally. Raynor has become one of the top producers in Central Texas due to his experience in the industry and the professional relationships he has cultivated. His clients know him best for his integrity, determination and precision to help them attain the best financial investment or real estate transaction.
After retiring from baseball, Raynor started his commercial real estate career in 2013 with Central Texas Commercial (now Reid Peevey Commercial). His history in office and industrial sales/leasing has led him to work with notable clients like: The City of Waco, Atwoods, Starbucks, Kabota, Fortiline Waterworks, Refresco, Jellystone and more. In addition, he has experience in working with national brokerage houses like CBRE, JLL, and Colliers. In 2022, Raynor received his SIOR designation signifying the highest achievement as a commercial real estate broker.
Mr. Campbell, a born and raised Texan, graduated from Baylor University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree. While at Baylor, Raynor was a four-year letter winner and starter on the Baylor baseball team. While playing for Baylor, he earned numerous prestigious titles on the field. After Baylor, he took his talents to the professional level with the San Francisco Giants, playing two years before deciding to settle down in Waco. Outside the office, Raynor and his wife, Sarah, are actively involved in the extracurricular activities of their three children. Raynor is also passionate about coaching his son's baseball teams and sharing his knowledge and love for the game.
