Terri is a corporate real estate advisor, focusing primarily on developing strategic real estate plans, tenant and owner representation, build-to-suit advisory, and site, building and investment acquisitions and dispositions. Her natural curiosity about businesses, what they do and how they do it, has forged long term deep relationships. Terri has completed highly successful projects for notable clients such as Weathertech, 1st Leading Cargo, Alro Steel, Collectors Car Garage, RoadOne IntermoLogistics, Enbridge Energy, Caffe Baci and Ahern Equipment. She has also completed transactions with Prologis, IDI, Heitman Capital, CenterPoint, Value Industrial Properties and High Street.
