Rusty received his real estate license in 1997. Since then, he has completed more than 640 individual transactions, representing clients in the acquisition and/or disposition of over 12 million square feet of facilities, and an excess of 600 acres of land sales. Rusty’s experience and knowledge rank him among the top industrial and investment specialists in Utah’s commercial real estate market. He is a skilled negotiator, persistent and resolute, known for his meticulous attention to detail and fully informing his clients through every step of the transaction. He is adept at assembling and interpreting market data crucial to comprehensive investment analysis, ensuring his clients realize their financial goals.
Rusty earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Puget Sound, where he was also a member of the varsity soccer team. Rusty recently completed his Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah and also received a graduate certification in Urban Planning. Rusty is the Chairman of the Board for Repertory Dance Theatre (RDT) and continues to be very active in outdoor sports, including skiing, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, biking, mountaineering, and backpacking. Rusty is an experienced traveler, having toured extensively throughout the U.S., Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and South Africa.
