Bio

Graduating with a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis in 1997, Nicholas has consistently closed over 50 commercial / industrial transactions per year since entering the commercial real estate field in 2002 approaching $750M in total consideration; has been a consistent top performing agent with NAI Capital in Southern California, ranking in the top 5% of the firm's 250 agents every year since 2008. In 2017, Nicholas was a multi-award recipient at NAI Capital, receiving awards for Largest Deal, Largest Commission, and Most Completed Transactions.

Nicholas leads a managed team of seasoned real estate professionals committed to provided exception service, putting their clients interest above all else with a goal of building long term and lasting relationships. Nicholas believes that long term success is based on client satisfaction.
