Founding member and Managing Director of Prodensa – Select, Alex is responsible for assisting Clients in all aspects of Real Estate brokerage and development, including site selection, acquisition, consulting and negotiation.
Alex´s experience as Tenant and Buyer representation provides Clients with a wide range of value added services, including: Mexico feasibility studies, comparative labor rates and operational costs throughout Mexico industrial cities, real estate due diligence and lease/own evaluations.
EXPERIENCE
Alex has over sixteen years of experience in industrial real estate brokerage, his day to day activities is to represent tenants, buyers, users and institutional & local industrial developers throughout Mexico.
Alex has been a top producer for the last 10 years, when Prodensa – Select was an affiliate of Newmark Knight Frank, Alex was #1 industrial top producer for 2015 & 2016 of all Newmark Knight Frank affiliates.
Alex has been instrumental in the development & leasing of the Omolap Industrial Park in Monterrey as well as the development of the VYNMSA Queretaro Industrial Park.
