Matt Funiciello graduated from Siena College in Albany, NY in 2015 with a degree in Business Management. Matt joined his father, John, at JF Real Estate as a real estate salesperson after becoming licensed in New York State and receiving a Masters in Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University in 2018. Matt also has a dual position as a Property Manager for Partnership Properties, the managing company for many of the buildings exclusively represented by JF Real Estate. Previously, Matt worked for two years in retail management.
Since 2018, Matt has completed transactions totaling over 20 million dollars and over 400,000 square feet. Matt has had the privilege of working with companies such as Carrier Northeast, Adirondack Bank, Access CNY, NAVY Recruiting, Farmers Insurance, Nurse Connection Staffing, Upstate NY Eating Disorder Services, NOFA-NY, Drive Research, SDS-RX, Xavier Optical, ARISE, Prime Time Marketing, Reisman Foundation, and Eastern Shore Associates.
Matt is very interested and personally invested in bettering the community. He is an active member of the Centerstate CEO Ambassadors Program and a board member of Adapt CNY and Center for Community Alternatives (CCA).
While continuing to facilitate lease and sale transactions throughout Central New York and beyond, Matt will also continue his involvement in professional organizations such as the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) and continue working towards the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, and traveling. Matt was born and raised in Baldwinsville and currently resides with his wife in Syracuse.
