Stuart began his real estate sales career at Hathaway Group in 1994. While emphasizing industrial properties, Stuart has become a trusted expert in Central Arkansas commercial real estate through hundreds of closed transactions; involving land, schools, offices, retailers, restaurants, and investments, in addition to warehouses. He works with native Arkansans, transplants, as well as clients from around the nation and overseas. Stuart has been a Principal at CBC Hathaway since 2000, active in all aspects of the firm’s management. His community leadership and participation includes the LR Regional Chamber of Commerce, Greater Little Rock Leadership Institute, Leadership Arkansas, Arkansas Repertory Theatre, LR Sanitary Sewer Committee, LR Realtors Association, Arkansas Realtors Association, Arkansas Real Estate Foundation, the United Way, and his church. His honors include Little Rock Realtor of the Year and “40 Under 40.” He has been lucky enough to coach soccer for 14 years. Stuart is married to Suzanne. They have two children; Emily Claire and Stuart, Jr.
