Tom Freeman is an Executive Director of industrial properties at Cushman & Wakefield. He leads the company’s Salt Lake City office industrial specialty group as a partner with fellow brokers, Travis Healey & Gina Moore. Tom began his real estate career in 1998, having since built an impressive resume with both occupiers & landlords. He is consistently recognized as one of the company’s Top 10 Utah Producers, as well as top performer & leader in the marketplace. His loyal, creative professionalism has helped him maintain strong relationships—a following he has developed with some of the markets most notable companies, totaling more than $750M & more than 20 million square feet in transactions.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce in 2001, Tom worked with NAI since 1998.
