Phil Breidenbach is an Executive Vice President in the Phoenix office of Colliers International. Mr. Breidenbach joined Colliers International in 1984 and has specialized in office properties for over 29 years. He leads the Office Properties Solutions Group; a five-member team focused on "life of the asset" agency, tenant advocacy, corporate site selection, acquisitions and dispositions. His team also consults on workplace strategy and space optimization. Phil received his BSBA from Arizona State University. Phil is affiliated with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and Urban Land Institute. Phil is also an active investor in commercial property and regularly consults with other investors regarding optimizing the operations of their investments.
