Joseph W. Brady, CCIM, SIOR, is President of Joseph W. Brady, Inc. dba The Bradco Companies. He formerly served as President of Barstow Real Estate Group, Alliance Management Group, and Coldwell Banker Golden West Real Estate. He is the publisher of The Bradco High Desert Report.
Following his instincts, Mr. Brady moved from Santa Barbara California in May of 1988, where he was formerly the Vice President of Pegasus Development, a subdivision home developer, and land builder. Prior to that, he was with two (2) large syndicated real estate management firms, specializing in multi-family, self-storage, shopping center and office building facilities.
Incorporated on December 4, 1989, Joseph W. Brady, Inc dba The Bradco Companies is the longest standing, full service commercial, industrial, and land brokerage company serving the High Desert Region (Mojave River Valley), the northernmost portion of San Bernardino County. With incorporation, Joseph W. Brady Inc. dba The Bradco Companies became the first and only firm in the region to monitor 2,200± buildings consisting of nearly 49± million square feet of industrial, retail, and office space through the firm and his former companies: Barstow Real Estate Group (successor company to Coldwell Banker Golden West Real Estate) and Alliance Management Group. He was the No. 2 ranked commercial, industrial broker according to Victor Valley Association of Realtors in 2011, and completed the largest lease (retail office or industrial) ever transacted by a High Desert (Mojave River Valley) commercial broker in representing United Furniture Industries in September of 2011 with a 505,192± square foot lease.
