Garry Holmes is President of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc., a Boston, Massachusetts based commercial real estate brokerage firm founded in 1976. R.W. Holmes Realty has an impressive team of seasoned veterans that specialize in either industrial or office transactions (with SIOR brokers in each discipline). During his thirty+ years with R.W. Holmes, Garry has completed over 850 lease and sale transactions totaling in excess of 17 million square feet of office and R&D space.
Garry is the SIOR Regional Director for the northeast, and is a past President and current board member of the New England Chapter. He is a past recipient of SIOR Global's award for "International Deal of The Year" and "Largest Dollar Volume Transaction - Office". Garry is also a past recipient of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board's "Office Deal of The Year".
Every year, Garry is involved with several inbound and outbound deals with fellow SIOR's.
