Bio

As founding Principal of the Lee & Associates DFW office in December 2005, Nathan Denton
has over 22 years real estate experience specializing in tenant representation, project leasing,
building sales and investment properties. Mr. Denton represents owners, users and tenants
of industrial and office properties throughout Dallas/Fort Worth area, having completed
transactions throughout the United States. Clients range from local and regional firms to
national and international companies.

Nathan is a highly motivated, results-driven professional with a well-rounded background in
industrial/office real estate. He has excellent industry knowledge and broad business acumen.
He has a proven history of identifying client objectives, setting aggressive goals and defining
direction to perform to the highest level. One of his most valuable strengths is communicating
with a wide range of industry professionals and his open communication style enables him to
develop and maintain long-term relationships.
CAREER SUMMARY
Nathan has negotiated over nine hundred commercial lease and sale transactions and has
represented prominent clients.
Since the start of Nathan’s career he has been recognized several times as a “Top Gun” in the
Under 35 category of Black’s Guide, “Top Brokers” in Dallas Business Journal, and as one of
the “Best Commercial Real Estate Brokers in Dallas” in D CEO Magazine. Nathan was also a
founding partner of a group called “Movers and Shakers of Dallas/Fort Worth” which hosted
an annual golf tournament that benefited The National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS), he
has been inducted into the NMSS Hall of Fame. Nathan was the 2009 Greer Garson Gala Co-
Chairman, which benefited Texas Health Presbyterian Foundation, 2014-2018 Co-Chairman of
Black Tie Brawl, which benefits Rise School of Dallas, he was nominated into the Touchdown
Club of Dallas in 2010 of which he has held several officer positions, was Hyer Elementary
School’s Dads Club President (HPISD) in 2013-2014, Highland Park Middle School’s Dads Club
President (HPISD) in 2016-2017, and selected into the Salesmanship Club of Dallas in 2018.
