SIOR Wisconsin Spring Event

When:  Mar 5, 2026 from 04:03 to 07:00 (ET)
Associated with  SIOR Wisconsin Chapter

Wisconsin is experiencing a once-in-a-generation wave of Development. While demand from employers and developers has accelerated, many communities are struggling to reconcile growth with infrastructure constraints, political pressure, workforce readiness, and legacy land challenges.

This program is designed to give attendees direct, candid insight from municipal and economic development leaders who are actively navigating these pressures in real time.

The panel will focus on how communities can attract large-scale investment, manage public resistance, modernize aging industrial areas, and build a durable tax base without losing public trust or economic momentum.

Panelists include:
Mayor Ted Neitzke, City of Port Washington
Nicole Ryf, Kenosha Area Business Alliance
Mayor Dan Devine, City of West Allis
