OVERVIEW
Committees are appointed by SIOR's Board of Directors and report to the Board of Directors, the CLC (Chapter Leadership Council), or MCC (Member Coalition Council), offering guidance on SIOR Global policies and procedures.
DESCRIPTION
The Communications & Editorial Advisory Committee will consist of a Chair and 12 to 17 members, half of which will be representatives from the various member groups, the other half with knowledge, experience, and interest in content and planning. The core function is to help recommend and advise on relevant content for SIOR’s primary communications mediums, including the SIOR Report magazine, the SIOR Pulse Blog, and various digital platforms that heavily impact the member groups and the membership experience. The committee also serves as a resource to review and audit controversial topics or content issues. It reports to the Member Coalition Council.
