The SIOR International Member Oversight Group has the following objectives and responsibilities:
Objective:
- To identify issues and topics in Commercial Real Estate that are of interest to the broader SIOR International community.
- To create programs around those issues and topics
- To increase SIOR membership Internationally
- To globally enhance recognition of the SIOR designation
- To increase business opportunities among International members
- To act as a de facto International Chapter for geographical areas that do not have a chapter
Membership Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in achieving the International objectives and advance annual goals set forth by the group.
- Members will be expected to participate where possible with the planning and activities of the body.
- Members who do not participate may be relieved.
- Participation may include attending IMG meetings at Conferences, participating on scheduled conference or video calls, contributing to discussions on MySIOR, developing programs for the international membership, etc.
