Join us for our annual wine dinner. We will enjoy a guided tour of the winery, including the winemaking facilities and some of the fascinating history of winemaking in California, followed by a wine and hors d' oeuvres reception. A four-course dinner with Napa Valley wine pairing will be served in the Vineyard Room.
Each dish, sole, ribeye and chicken, is paired with a particular wine. The chef uses the freshest and best available at the time, coming from the on-site organic garden. Typically the first course is chosen from the Fumé Blanc or Chardonnay wine pairing, the entrée from the Pinot Noir or Cabernet wine pairing, and dessert is paired with Moscato d’Oro.
